Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, all returns must be:
Within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Items with no appearance of having been used
Items intact and in their original packaging
Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates. RAINOVOPET will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, RAINOVOPET has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.
Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of RAINOVOPET.com and/or RAINOVOPET stores) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.
How much is the return shipping fee?
Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned back to us.
You can choose the shipping courier from your local service and the actual shipping fee depends on the local courier. Please note that package should be shipped pre-paid through a traceable method.

How much is the restocking fee?
RAINOVOPET will charge 15% restocking fee for the exchange or return of the returned items. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, with no visible signs of usage.
How do I start the return?
Send us an email at service@RAINOVOPET.com requesting your return. Don’t forget to include the following:
The order number
The address where the product will be shipped from
The email address associated with your RAINOVOPET account so we can apply the credit once processed.
Note: Original shipping fees, duties and/or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our warehouse, it takes up to 5-10 business days for our returns team to process. Once processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days(usally 0-14business days).
The refund will be issued to your original payment account or in the form of store credit as you requested.
